The following is a report of the meeting of the Planning and Development
(bmmittee held on June 8, 1981:
1. Receive for information
It was recommended to Council that the following be received for information:
(a) Report P-104-81 - Procedures for Development Agreement Approvals
(b) Report P-105-81 - Courtice Special Purpose Commercial Areas meeting
(c) Report P-106-81 - Meeting in Burketon Sunday, April 26, 1981
(d) Minutes of Meeting of Committee of Adjustment May 27, 1981
(e) Report P-110-81 - Group Homes
There was a general discussion of Group Homes.
2. O.M.B. Hearing - A23/81 - Bergman
It was recommended to Council that Planning Staff and/or the Town Solicitor be
authorized to represent the Town at the Ontario Municipal Board Hearing in respect
of minor variance application A 23/81, Mary and Leslie Bergman, part lot 23, Conc. 3,
former Thwnship of Clarke.
