Councillor Maurice Prout, Member

Councillor E. R. Woodyard, Member
Deputy Clerk, G. Gray, Secretary
Absent: Mayor G. B. Rickard, on vacation
Also Present: Director of Planning, D. Smith
Long Range Planner, T. Edwards
Current Operations Planner, N. Forrest

Moved by Con. Prout, seconded by Con. Woodyard
THAT the minutes of the meeting held on October 27,
1980 be adopted as read.

P-195-80 The Director made a presentation of Planning Procedures
and Issues in Newcastle.
