BY-LAW NO. 2008-165
being a By-law to appoint Members to The Tyrone
Community Hall Board
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality passed By-law 2008-039, being a by-law to
establish a Municipal Service Board to operate a Community Hall in Tyrone:
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to The Tyrone Community Hall Board
for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Council or until a successor
is appointed:
Mark Canning
Peter Knowlton
Laurie LaFrance
Walter Loveridge
Enid Lyttle
Steve Powell
Paul Rowan
Sherry Rowan
Janice Scanlan
John Scanlan
Patty Woodcock
Gwen Woodcock
By-Law read a first and second time this 29th day of September 2008.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of September 2008.
