Mayor Rickard and Members of Council:
The following is a report of a meeting of the Committee of the Whole held
in the Bowmanville Town Hall Committee Room on Monday, February 9th, 1976:-

1. Ontario Hydro re Liaison Committee
It was recommended to Council that Mr. Holliday of Leighton and Kidd be requested to
arrange with the Hydro Officials to attend the next Committee of the Whole meeting
to discuss establishment of the Liaison Committee and the financing thereof.
2. Mr. Mott re Purchase of Vacant Lot (Lycett Street)
It was recommended to Council that the letter dated January 9th, 1976 from
Mr. David Mott regarding purchase of vacant lot on Simpson Avenue (Lycett Street)
be received for information and no action be taken at this time.
3. O.M.B. Heariu re Skuce
It was recommended to Council that the Notice of Ontario Municipal Board Hearing on
31st of March, 1976 regarding William C. Skuce and Marguerite E. Skuce be received
for'information.
4. Monday Action ASainst the Municipality
It was recommended to Council that the Writ received on February 5th, 1976 served by
Mr. C.J. Munday of 145 High Street be referred to the Town Solicitor to protect the
interests of the Town.
