Mayor Rickard and Members of Council: -
The following is a Report of a meeting of the Committee of the Whole held
on April 14th, 1975 in the Committee Room of the Bovmianville Town Hall at 1:00 p.m.
1. Mr, S. Mastrangelo re Severance
IJ ✓ THAT the Planner's recommendation contained in his Report dated April 4th,
1975 regarding Mr. Mastrangelo's Land Severance be concurred with.
V The Planner's recommendation was that no Site Plan Agreement as recommended
by the Land Division Committee is required.

2. Taxi Licences
(a) THAT it be recommended to Council that a Taxi Brokers Licence be granted
to Mr. T. Vanderende,
(b) THAT Council concur with the issue of ten Taxi Licences to Mr. Vanderende
as per the Deputy Town Clerk's Report.
Nu✓ (c) THAT a Taxi Driver's Licence be issued to the following: -
Thomas Vanderende, Gilbert Kentner, Harrison Raycraft, Keith Tinline,
Elizabeth Vanderende, Randall Norrish, Clarence Tinline, Edyth Tinline
and John G. Ireland.
3. Ontario Municipal Board Appointments for Hearings
THAT the following Ontario Municipal Board Notices of Appointment for Hearing
re appeals from Land Division Committee and Committee of Adjustment Decisions
// be received for information:-
�/L (a) May 14th, 1975 re Dennis Thompson
(b) May 16th, 1975 re Harry Beauchamp
(c) May 16th, 1975 re George Bienkowski
4. Ponwest Development Corporation Limited
THAT the Solicitor be instructed to proceed with the reconveyance of the
Penwest Property on the basis of the 90% refund as provided by the Agreement
of Sale.
5. 1974 Election Expenses
THAT the Town Clerk's Report dated April 11th, 1975 regarding the Treasurer
of Ontario's decision to refund the 1974 School Board Election Expenses be
received for information and the Town Clerk commended for his efforts in this
regard and also that a letter of acknowledgement be written to Mr. Darcy
McKeough.

6. Housing of Town Facilities
�( f4 THAT Totten, Sims, Hubicki be requested to report on the economics and
feasibility of housing the Town's facilities in Bowmanville,
7, House Numbering
THAT the numbering of houses and other properties on the Town's streets be
Whandled by the Building Department and that the Mayor be requested to
co-ordinate this action,
