Mayor Rickard and Members of Council: -
The following recommendations to Council were made at a meeting of the
Committee of the Whole h cid on February 24th, 1975 in the Committee
Room of the Bowmanville Town Hall at 1:00 p,ma-
1, By -Law re Swimming Pool Fences
THAT the by-law as submitted by the By -Law Enforcement Officer be submitted
to Council after the approval of the Town Solicitor,
2, By -Law re Discharge of Fire Arms
THAT the By-law as submitted by the By -Law Enforcement Officer be submitted
to the Council after the approval of the Town Solicitor,
J I 3, Dudar Construction re Building Permits
J Fir. THAT Council concur with the By -Law Enforcement Officerfs Report regarding

(,,issue of building permits to Dudar Construction as indicated in the last
,,paragraph of his report,
4, Staff Increase - Planning Dept,
THAT the Planner's Confidential Report dated February 13th, 1975 regarding
Staff Increase be referred to the Personnel Committee.
5, Tulip Bulbs
THAT the Town Clerk be authorised to purchase two hundred bulbs from the
Royal Canadian Legion for planting in various municipal buildings in
the Town.
6, Miklash

THAT the Town Solicitor be instructed to take all possiblg\st-eps--regarding
the Miklash cases
7, Oral McLean re Building Permit
THAT the Town Solicitor's opinion regarding issue of building permit to
Oral McLean be accepted and no building permit issued and also that the
By -Law Enforcement Officer be instructed to enforce Town By-laws and
the Building Department notified of this resolution,
