WHEREAS Council at its meeting of October 16, 2000 approved the
recommendations in Addendum to Report WD-25-00 respecting the transfer of a
road widening on the south side of Baseline Road more parti
Part on Plan 40R cularly described as
NOW THEREFORE THE COTJNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1• THAT the transfer to the Regional Municipality of Durham of the lands more particularly
described as Part on Reference Plan 40R for a nominal consideration is hereby
approved.
2• THAT the Mayor and Clerk are authorized on behalf of the Municipality to execute and
deliver the transfer.
