BY-LAW NO. 2000-193
Being a by-law to stop up and close and authorize the
conveyance of Part 1 on Reference Plan 40R20167( a
portion of the road allowance between Concessions 1 & 2,
in Lot 1, former Clarke Township)
WHEREAS Council at its meeting of September 11, 2000, passed Resolution GPA#-379-00 and
declared the lands described as Part 1 on Plan 40R 2016 io be surplus property;
AND WHEREAS Council established the selling price of Part 1 on Plan 40R2016 To be $18,000
plus costs
NOW THEREFORE BE IS RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF
THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Part 1 on Plan 40R o167is stopped up and closed and conveyance is hereby
approved.
