Being a by-law to stop up and close as a public highway the portion of Old
Kingston Road comprising of Part 1 on Reference Plan 40820033
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE M[JNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The lands more particularly described as Part 1 on Reference Plan 40R20033 is hereby stopped
up and closed as a public highway.
By-law read a first and second time this 16`h day of October, 2000
By-law read a third and final time this 16`h day of October, 2000.
