BY-LAW 2000-179
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58, as amended, being a By-law to
Regulate Traffic on Highways, Municipal and Private Property in the
Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it desirable to amend
By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
1) Schedule XV"Through Highways"of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
A) Deleting the following reference:
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3
Highway From To
Concession Road 8 East limit of Durham Regional Road West limit of Durham Regional
(Darlington) No.57 Road No. 14
And
B) Adding the following reference:
Concession Road 8 East limit of Durham Regional Road 57 West limit of Middle Road

(Darlington)

3) This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date approved by the Council of the Region
of Durham when signs to the effect are erected.
