THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1• Parts 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 on Reference Plan 40R-17895 are hereby
established, laid out, opened and dedicated as a public highway and assumed for public
use.
By-law read a first and second. time- this 25th day of September, 2000
By-law read a third and finally passed this 25th day of September, 2000
