THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2000-97
Being a By-law to amend By-law 99-152 being a By-law to appoint a
By-law Enforcement Officer
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it
Desirable to amend By-law 99-152;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
Enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "A" of By-law No. 99-152 is deleted in its entirety and replace with the
following:
DARLINGTON PROVINCIAL PARK WARDENS:
1. Shane Cutler
2. William Kemp
3. Murray Matheson
4. Andrew Sedore
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 26th day of June, 2000
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 26th day of June, 2000
