BY-LAW 2000- 151
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58, as amended, being a By-
law to Regulate Traffic on Highways, Municipal and Private
Property in the Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it desirable to
amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1) Schedule XV "Through Highways" of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
A) deleting the following reference:
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3
Highw a From To
Edward Street East limit of East limit of Edward
East Mill Street Street East
(Newcastle)
And
B) adding the following reference:
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3
Highw a From To
Edward Street East limit of East limit of Edward
East Beaver Street Street East
(Newcastle)
2) Schedule XVI "Stop Signs" of By-law 91-58 is amended by;
A) adding the following reference:
Column 1 Column 2
Intersections Facing Traffic
Edward Street East and Eastbound on Edward Street
Beaver Street East
(Newcastle)
Edward Street East and Westbound on Edward Street
Beaver Street East
(Newcastle)
3) This By-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved by the Council of the
Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the effect are erected.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 11"'day of September 2000.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 11'day of September 2000.
