BY-LAW NUMBER 2000- 149
Being a By-law to assume certain streets within the
Municipality of Clarington as public highways in the
Municipality of Clarington.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as
follows:
THAT certain streets shown on Plan IOM-840 and listed below in this section, all being in the
Municipality of Clarington, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby accepted by The
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington as public highways, and assumed by the said
Corporation for public use:
Harming Court
Elford Drive
Pomeroy Street
Fenwick Avenue
Jollow Drive
Copeland Gate
The portion of Freeland Avenue comprised of Parts 1,2 and 3 on Plan 40R-19820
Block 143 (Mearns Avenue widening)
Block 144(Concession Road 3 widening)
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 1 lth day of September, 2000.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 11th day of September, 2000.
