BY-LAW 2000- 11
Being a By-law to amend By-law 97-6, a by-law to require the payment of
fees for information and services provided by the Municipality of
Clarington and for prescribing the amount of such fees
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington has
adopted the recommendations contained within Report TR-03-00 to adjust existing
administrative fees to recover costs incurred by the Municipality in providing
information and services:
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1 . THAT Schedule "F" of By-law 97-6 be amended by deleting the following:
Tax Certificate $25.00 and replacing it with the following:
Tax Certificate $60.00
2. THAT this by-law shall take effect February 1, 2000.
By-law read a first and second time this 24th day of January, 2000.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 24th day of January, 2000.
