THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2001-015
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Samuel Wilmot Nature Area Management
Advisory Committee for the Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Samuel Wilmot Nature
Area Management Advisory Committee through the adoption of Report PD-064-98 on
June 15, 1998;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Samuel Wilmot Nature Area
Management Advisory Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the
Appointing Council or until a successor is appointed:
Ken Bray
Caroline Charman
Elliott Dionne
Allan Hewitt
Terry Hutchinson
Karen Murphy
Andrew Osborne
Dave Robertson
Councillor Pat Pingle
By-law read a first and second time this 15'h day of January, 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 15' day of January, 2001.
