THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2008 -117
Being a By-law to authorize an agreement to amend the lease
agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington and Lions Club, Bowmanville, Ontario, dated June
15th, 2006, for the lease of space at the Clarington Beech
Centre, 26 Beech Street, Bowmanville, Ontario.
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOllOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and seal with the Corporation Seal, an
agreement between the Lions Club, Bowmanville, Ontario, and said Corporation.
By-law read a first and second time this 23rd day of June, 2008.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 23rd day of June, 2008.
