Minutes of a meeting of the Animal Advisory Committee held on November 12,
2008 at 2:30 P.M. in meeting Room 1A, Municipal Administrative Centre.

1. ADOPTION OF THE MINUTES OF JUNE 11, 2008
Moved by Rhonda Johnson, seconded by Councillor Ron Hooper
THAT the minutes of the Animal Advisory Committee for the meeting of
June 11, 2008, be approved without comment.
CARRIED
2. DRAFT GROUP HOUSING POLICY
Anne introduced Mary Jane Bacon, Animal Control Officer, Municipality of
Clarington to the members of the Committee.
3. OTHER BUSINESS
Anne informed the Committee the new summer student will be scheduled
to work some weekends and will be in the parks handing out pamphlets
and educating the Community regarding responsible pet ownership.
The proposed off leash park is with Peter Windolf and hopefully a report
will be put together soon.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 4:00 P.M.
