THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-lAW NO, 2008 - 085
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2007-024 to appoint Members to the
Accessibility Advisory Committee
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005,
municipalities with populations in excess of 10,000 are required to establish an
Accessibility Advisory Committee.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCil OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
THAT the name Norman Hannan be deleted from the list of appointees to the Clarington
Accessibility Advisory Committee.
BY-lAW read a first time this 6th day of May 2008.
BY-lAW read a second time this 6th day of May 2008.
BY-lAW read a third time and finally passed this 6th day of May 2008.
