THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON
BY-lAW NO. 2008 - 071
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2007-024 to appoint Members to the
Accessibility Advisory Committee
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005,
municipalities with populations in excess of 10,000 are required to establish an
Accessibility Advisory Committee.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCil OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1. THAT Sylvia Jaspers-Fayer be appointed to the Accessibility Advisory
Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Councilor
until a successor is appointed.
BY-lAW read a first and second time this 21 st day of April, 2008.
BY-lAW read a third time and finally passed this 21st day of April 2008.
