BY-LAW 98-73
Being a By-law to amend By-law 98-8, a by-law to appoint Members
to the Abandoned Cemeteries Board for the Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington, at their meeting held on
April 27, 1998, passed Resolution #C-379-98 to appoint an additional member to
the Abandoned Cemeteries Board,
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 98-8 be amended in Section 1. by adding the name
Fred Griffin thereto.
By-law read a first and second time this 1 Vh day of May, 1998.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 11`h day of May, 1998.
