BY-LAW NUMBER 98-48
Being a By-Law to assume certain streets
within the Municipality of Clarington as
public highways in the Municipality of
Clarington.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality
of Clarington enacts as follow:
1 . THAT the lands described as Blocks 117 and 118, Plan
40M-1686, in the Municipality of Clarington, Regional
Municipality of Durham, is hereby laid out and
established as public highway.
2 . THAT the streets in Registered Plan 40M-1686, described
in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this
By-Law, all being in the Municipality of Clarington, in
the Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby accepted
by the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington as
public highways, and assumed by the said Corporation for
public use.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 9th day of March 1998 .
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 9th day of March
1998 .

This is further to my attendance at the Whitby Registry Office on March 23, 1998.
Please find two copies of each of the following documents attached:
1. By-law 98-48 registered as Instrument LT845851; and
2. By-law 98-49 registered as Instrument LT845856.
Please note that when I subsearched the title for the parcel numbers, I noticed that the
roads listed in the assumption by-laws was not a complete list of all the roads in each of
the particular plans of subdivision. I point this out to you in the event the omission of
one road from each plan is an oversight.
