BY-LAW 98-163
Being a By-law to appoint an Acting Chief
Administrative Officer
WHEREAS at their regular meeting held on September 28, 1998, the
Council of the Municipality of Clarington accepted the
resignation of W.H. Stockwell; and
WHEREAS it is necessary for the position of Chief Administrative
Officer to be filled on an interim basis until such time as a
permanent replacement can be hired:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON:
1 . THAT, in addition to her responsibilities as Treasurer of
the Municipality of Clarington, Mrs . Marie A. Marano is
appointed Acting Chief Administrative Officer of the
municipality effective November 1, 1998 .
By-law read a first and second time this 26th day of October
1998 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 26th day of
October 1998 .
