BY-LAW 98-162
Being a By-law to repeal By-law 94-038 , being
a by-law to appoint a Chief Administrative
Officer
WHEREAS at their regular meeting held on September 28, 1998 , the
Council of the Municipality of Clarington accepted the
resignation of W.H. Stockwell;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS :
1 . THAT By-law 94-038 appointing Mr. Winfield H. Stockwell as
Chief Administrative Officer for the Municipality of
Clarington is repealed, effective October 31, 1998 .
By-law read a first and second time this 26th day of October
1998 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 26th day of
October 1998 .
