THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 98-12
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Newcastle
Arena Board.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deems it
expedient to appoint members to the Newcastle Arena Board.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington hereby enacts as follows :
THAT the following persons be appointed to the Newcastle Arena
Board for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Council
or until a successor is appointed:
Lawrence Burke
Beth Creighton
Bill Huether
R. G. (Gordon) Lee
John Rutledge
Herman Valckx
Gilbert Wood
Councillor Troy Young
By-law read a first and second time this 12th day of
January, 1998 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 12th day of
January, 1998 .
