THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 98-11
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Property
Standards Committee for the Municipality of Clarington and
to repeal By-law 95-11
WHEREAS Section 31 (11) of the Planning Act R.S.O. , 1990; provides for
the establishment of a Property Standards Committee composed of such
persons, not fewer than three;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS :
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed to the Property
Standards Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the
appointing Council or until a successor is appointed:
Douglas Browning
Richard Kasperczyk
Dana Kerr
Peter Wm. Reynolds
Ross James Vendrasco
2 . THAT the remuneration be set in accordance with the budget
allocations approved by Council for this purpose.
3 . THAT By-law 95-11 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 12th day of January, 1998 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 12th day of January,
1998 .
