BY-LAW 97-221
being a by-law to authorize the making
of a Front-Ending Agreement between the
Municipality of Clarington and Eiram
Development Corporation
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington has
approved the recommendations contained in Report WD-66-97 at its
meeting on October 14 , 1997, and has passed By-law 97-220, being
a by-law to amend the Municipality' s Development Charge By-law,
By-law 92-105, as amended.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS :
1 . THAT the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute a
front-ending agreement between Eiram Development Corporation
and the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
respecting the services as referred to in Report WD-66-97,
Mearns Avenue Storm Sewer Oversizing and Tributary
Stormwater Management Works, Subdivision Agreement .
By-law read a first and second time this 14th day of October 1997
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 14th day of
October 1997
