THAT the meeting be closed for the purpose of providing an education and training
session to the Members of Council with respect to development charges.

CONFIRMING BY-LAW
Resolution #C-237 -08
Moved by Councillor Foster, seconded by Councillor Hooper
THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law 2008-073 being a by-law to confirm the
proceedings of the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at this special meeting
held on the 2nd day of May, 2008, and that the said by-law be now read a first, second
time and third time and finally passed.
