THAT Report CS-1l-98 be received; and 2. THAT the Grill/Deep Fryer equipment identified on Page 359 of the Community Services Department 1998 Capital and Four Year forecast be brought forward for approval in 1998; and 3. THAT the necessary funds be drawn from the Parkland Cash-in-lieu Account # 5001-7-X. 1.0 BACKGROUND 1.1 As Members of Council are aware, the Rickard Recreation Complex expansion project involves extensive renovations to the main concourse and relocation of the Concession area required to better service both ice pads, once the project is complete. 1.2 On page 359 of the 1998 Capital Budget and Four Year Forecast (attachment #1) a grill and deep fryer was identified with an expenditure of $14,000. This item was inavertently placed in the 1999 Capital forecast instead of 1998 and it is staff's intention to have the new concession area fully operational with the Opening of the new ice pad in September of 1998. ../2 RECYClEOt:\.
