Committee of March 4, 2002, regarding Report EGD-12-02 be
approved.

THAT the meeting be "closed" for consideration of the confidential
verbal report pertaining to a personnel matter.

THAT the actions taken at the "closed" meeting be ratified.

THAT leave be granted to introduce By-laws 2002-028 and
2002-029 and that the said by-laws be now read a first and second
time:
2002-028 being a by-law to authorize the execution of an
agreement with the Oshawa Transit Commission for
the acquisition, administration, operation,
maintenance, storage and additional rentals of transit
buses with the Municipality of Clarington
2002-029 being a by-law to authorize entering into an
Agreement with Motorola Canada Limited

THAT the third and final readings of By-laws 2002-028 and
2002-029 be approved.

THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law 2002-030 being a
by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Municipality
of Clarington at this special meeting held on the 4th day of
March 2002, and that the said by-law be now read a first and
second time.
