THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON
BY-LAW 2008 - 040
Being a by-law to appoint Members to the Newcastle Memorial Arena Board
and to repeal By-law 2007-033
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality passed By-law 2008-037, being a by-
law to establish a Municipal Service Board to operate the Newcastle Memorial
Arena:
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCil OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1 . THAT the following persons be appointed to the Newcastle Memorial
Arena Board for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Council
or until a successor is appointed:
Lawrence Burke
Eric O. Gareau
Robert Stirling Holmes
Gord lee
Carol little
Gary Oliver
Dave Werhell
Councillor Gord Robinson
Mayor Jim Abernethy
2. THAT By-law 2007-033 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 3rd day of March 2008.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 3rd day of March 2008.
