THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-lAW 2008-019
Being a By-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute
an agreement between the Municipality of Clarington and the
Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 74 (Inside and
Outside ).
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOllOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and seal with the Corporation Seal, an
agreement between the Municipality of Clarington and the Canadian Union of
Public Employees, local 74 (Inside and Outside) for the term covering January 1,
2008 to December 31,2011.
By-law read a first and second time this 28th day of January, 2008.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 28th day of January, 2008.
