THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2008-016
Being a By-law to establish certain lands as public highways,
assume them for public use and name them.
The Council of the Corporation of Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT the following lands are hereby established as public
highways, assumed by the Corporation for public use and assined
the name set out below:

BY-LAW read a first and second time this 28th day of January, 2008.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 28th day of January, 2008.
