1.1 The Emergency Management & Civil Pratectian Act, RSO, 1990 as amended,
requires the Municipality ta submit a capy af the municipal emergency plan ta the Chief,
Emergency Management Ontaria, and shall ensure that the Chief, Emergency
Management Ontaria has, at any time, the mast current versian af the emergency plan.
1.2 T~e Emergency Management & Civil Pratectian Act, RSO, 1990 pravides far the
exclusia~ fram a public dacument all persanal infarmatian as well as pertinent
infarmation faund in hazard identificatian and risk assessments and third party
infarmation.
2. C MMENTS
2.1 T e emergency plan has been reviewed.
2.2 A public versian af the emergency plan knawn as Versian P has been pravided ta
the Chief, Emergency Management Ontaria, the Claringtan Public Library and the Clerk
af the Municipality af Claringtan.
2.3 Given the size af the emergency plan it has nat been repraduced far this repart,
hawever, the public is able ta access it at the library, an-line lOr thraugh the Clerk's
Department.
