HomeMy WebLinkAbout97-71 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON BY-LAW 97-71 being a by-law to authorize the transfer of certain lands to the Regional Municipality of Durham THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute a Transfer/Deed of Land (Attached hereto as Schedule "A" ) , to the Regional Municipality of Durham of Part 11 on Plan 40R-16727, pursuant to the Order of the Ontario Municipal Board relating in part to the severance application made by 829426 Ontario Inc. and 838038 Ontario Inc.
