BY-LAW NUMBER 97-59
Being a By-Law to repeal By-Laws #86-154 and #87-94
being By-Laws of the former
Town of Newcastle to establish a
Community Recreation Centre at Lions' Club
in the Former Town of Bowmanville, now in
the Municipality of Clarington, and to provide
for the establishment of a Community Centre Board.
THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. THAT effective on the execution of an agreement for each of the
facilities, By-Laws #86-154 and #87-94 be repealed.
By-Law read a first and second time this 24th day of March 1997.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 24th day of March 1997.
