THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 97 - 168
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58 being a
By-law to Regulate Traffic on Highways,
Municipal and Private Property in the
Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of The Municipality of
Clarington deems it desirable to amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Municipality of Clarington enacts
as follows :
1) Schedule XXX "Off-Street Parking for Disabled Persons" of
By-law 91-58 is amended by,
Adding the following reference :
Column 1 Column 2
Location Number of Stalls
Silver Street Parking Lot 1
(Bowmanvi l l e)
3) This By-law shall come into Force on the date that it is
approved and when signs to the effect are erected.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 7th day of July, 1997 .
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 7th day July,
1997 .
