BY-LAW 96-88
being a By-Law to Authorize execution of Minutes of Settlement
(Martha Knapp, Executrix of the Estate of Ernest Knapp and
Martha Knapp).
1. The Council of the Municipality of Clarington hereby approves the
Minutes of Settlement in the action brought by Martha Knapp, Executrix of the
Estate of Ernest Knapp and Martha Knapp v. Paul Marks and related proceedings
(Court File No. 50241A/90 - Ontario Court General Division).
2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Minutes of Settlement
attached hereto as Schedule A on behalf of the Municipality of Clarington if that
is required to conclude these proceedings.
By-Law read a first and second time this 29th day of April, 1996.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of April, 1996.
