BY-LAW 96-87
being a By-Law to authorize execution of a Memorandum of Understanding
re Ontario Municipal Board File No. 9050017 and Related Matters between
The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, The Regional
Municipality of Durham, and Newcastle III Limited Partnership and
289143 Ontario Limited and 765400 Ontario Limited.
1. The Council of the Municipality of Clarington hereby approves the Memorandum
of Understanding between The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, The
Regional Municipality of Durham, and Newcastle III Limited Partnership, and
289143 Ontario Limited and 765400 Ontario Limited pertaining to Ontario
Municipal Board File No. 9050017 and related matters.
2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Memorandum of
Understanding, attached hereto as Schedule A.
By-Law read a first and second time this 29th day of April, 1996.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of April, 1996.
