BY-LAW 96-06
Being a By-law to amend By-law #95-10,
as amended, being a By-law to appoint
Members to the Local Architectural
Advisory Committee for the Municipality
of Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington deems it expedient to amend By-law #95-10, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington hereby enacts as follows:
THAT By-law #95-10, as amended, is hereby amended by deleting the
following name therefrom:
"Councillor Carson Elliott
and adding the following name thereto:
"Councillor Ann Dreslinski" .
By-law read a first and second time this 15th day of
January, 1996 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 15th day of
January, 1996 .
