BY-LAW NO. 96-52
Being a By-law to authorize the execution of a
Purchase Agreement between The Corporation of
The Municipality of Clarington and the
Ministry of Transportation Ontario, and to
repeal By-law No. •93-198
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf. of The. Corporation of The Municipality of Clarington
and seal with The Corporation's seal, a Purchase Agreement
between the Ministry of Transportation Ontario and the
Municipality.
2 . THAT the Purchase Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A"
forms part of this By-law.
3. THAT By-law No. 93-198 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 11th day of March, 1996 .
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 11th day of March,
1996.
