HomeMy WebLinkAbout96-41 F THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON BY-LAW NO. 96-+1 Being a By-law to lay out, establish and assume Whittaker Avenue and part of Prestonvale Road as public highway NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto and forming part of this By-law are hereby laid out and established as public highway to be known as Whittaker Avenue and assumed for public use by the Corporation. 2. THAT the lands described as Part of Lot 33, Concession 2 and Part of the road allowance between Lots 32 and 33, Concession 2, Geographic Township of Darlington, Municipality of Clalington, Regional Municipality of Durham designated as Part 9 on Plan 1OR-3237 are hereby laid out and established as public highway to be known as part of Prestonvale Road and is assumed for public used by the Corporation. BY-LAW read a first and second time this 12th day of February, 1996.
