BY-LAW 96-28
being a by-law to amend By-law 75-34, as amended,
a by-law to license, regulate and govern the operation
of tourist camps in the municipality and to repeal
By-law 79-51
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington has adopted the recommendations contained within
Report #ADMIN-2-96 to adjust existing administrative fees and to
impose new administrative fees to recover costs incurred by the
Municipality in providing information and services :
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS :
1 . THAT By-law 75-34, as amended, is further amended by
repealing Section 4 . (3) and replacing it with a new
Section 4 . (3) as follows:
114 . (3) The fee payable for a Tourist Camp Licence shall
be $120 . 00 . "
2 . THAT By-law 79-51 is hereby repealed.
3 . THAT this by-law shall take effect February 1, 1996 .
By-law read a first and second time this 29th day of January
1996 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of
January 1996 .
