BY-LAW 96-25
being a by-law to amend By-law 91-56, a by-law to
regulate and license certain exhibitions held for hire
and gain in the municipality
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington has adopted the recommendations contained within
Report #ADMIN-2-96 to adjust existing administrative fees and to
impose new administrative fees to recover costs incurred by the
Municipality in providing information and services :
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS :
1 . THAT By-law 91-56 is amended by repealing Section 4 . m) and
replacing it with a new Section 4 . m) as follows :
114 . m) except in the case in which the applicant is a
charitable organization, an application fee of
$360 . 00 paid in cash or by certified cheque
payable to the municipality. "
2 . THAT this by-law shall take effect February 1, 1996 .
By-law read a first and second time this 29th day of January
1996 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of
January 1996 .
