BY-LAW 96-23
being a by-law to amend By-law 92-160, as amended,
a by-law to regulate the setting off of fireworks and
the sale of fireworks
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington has adopted the recommendations contained within
Report #ADMIN-2-96 to adjust existing administrative fees and to
impose new administrative fees to recover costs incurred by the
Municipality in providing information and services :
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1 . THAT By-law 92-160, as amended, is further amended by
inserting the following Section 2 . (3) :
112 . (3) The fee for a permit issued under Section 2 . (2)
shall be $50 . 00 . "
2 . THAT this by-law shall take effect February 1, 1996 .
By-law read a first and second time this 29th day of January
1996 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of
January 1996 .
