THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 95-7
Being a By-law to repeal By-law 92-1 and to amend By-law
83-83 , as amended, a by-law to constitute a Committee of
Adjustment for the Municipality of Clarington pursuant to
the Planning Act 1983 .
WHEREAS Section 44 of the Planning Act, R.S .O. 1990, provides that the
Council of the Municipality may pass by-laws to constitute and appoint
a Committee of Adjustment;
AND WHEREAS pursuant to Section 43 of the Planning Act 1983 , the Council
of the former Town of Newcastle did on June 13 , 1983 , enact By-law 83-
83 , constituting a Committee of Adjustment for the Municipality of
Clarington;
AND WHEREAS Section 11 of By-law 83-83 designated certain persons as
being appointed to the Committee of Adjustment for the Municipality of
Clarington;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOW:
1 . THAT Section 11 of By-law Number 83-83 be deleted and the new
Section 11 substituted therefor:
Section 11 : The following persons are hereby appointed
Members of the Committee of Adjustment for the Municipality of
Clarington for a term concurrent with the term of the
appointing Council or until a successor is appointed:
Peter R. Hill, 7 Munday Court, Bowmanville, L1C 4R7
Charles J. Hynes, 1 Maryleah Court, Bowmanville, L1C 4H4
Jean-Michel Komarnicki, 89 Little Avenue, Bowmanville, L1C 1J9
Patrick R. Lee, R.R. #2 , Orono, LOB 1M0
Tom Sheehan, R.R.#1, 5506 Regional Rd 57, Bowmanville, L1C 3K2
Robert L. Stevens, 33 Stevens Road, Bowmanville, L1C 3K4
2 . THAT By-law 92-1 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 16th day of January, 1995 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 16th day of
January, 1995 .
