HomeMy WebLinkAbout95-44 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON BY-LAW 95- 44 Being a By-law to establish, lay out and dedicate certain lands on Williams Mill Road in Lot 20, Concession 6, former Township of Darlington, as a public highway in the Municipality of Clarington NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows: 1. THAT portion of land obtained for road widening, Part 1, Plan 40R-16166, is hereby dedicated as a public highway known as Williams Mill Road in the former Township of Darlington, now in the Municipality of Clarington. 2. THAT the said land described as Part 1, Registered Plan 40R- 16166 is hereby established, layed out and dedicated as a public highway described as follows: ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises, situate, lying and being in the Municipality of Clarington, in the Regional Municipality of Durham in Part of Lot 20, Concession 6, of the former Township of Darlington, now within the limits of the Municipality of Clarington, Regional Municipality of Durham, more particularly described as Part 1 on Registered Reference Plan 40R-16166, deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Durham (No. 40) on March 30, 1995. BY-LAW read a first and second time this 10th day of April, 1995. BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of April, 1995.
