BY-LAW NO. 95-159
Being a By-law to authorize the entering into
of a Servicing Agreement with Robert Russell
Carruthers and Elizabeth Grace Smith, and The
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deems it
necessary to require a Servicing Agreement in the consideration of
a development proposal of a school site on Middle Road in
Bowmanville.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington hereby enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington,
and seal with the Corporation's seal, an Agreement between
Robert Russell Carruthers and Elizabeth Grace Smith, and the
said Corporation.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 13th day of
November, 1995.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of
November, 1995 .
