BY-LAW 95- 110
Being a By-law to dedicate certain lands on
Lambs Road in Lot 7, Concession 3, former
Darlington Township, as a public highway in
the Municipality of Clarington
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Municipality of Clarington enacts
as follows:
1. THAT the portion of land obtained for the reconstruction of
the Lambs Road Bridge, Part 1 and Part 2, Plan 40R-16337, is
hereby dedicated as a public highway known as Lambs Road in
the former Darlington Township, now in the Municipality of
Clarington.
2 . THAT the said land hereby established as a public highway is
described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract
of land and premises, situate, lying and being
in the Municipality of Clarington, in the
Regional Municipality of Durham in Part of Lot
7, Concession 3, of the former Darlington
Township, now within the limits of the
Municipality of Clarington, Regional
Municipality of Durham, more particularly
described as Part 1 and Part 2 on Registered
Reference Plan 40R-16337, deposited in the
Land Registry Office for the Registry Division
of Durham (No. 40) on June 28, 1995.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 17 day of July, 1995.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 17 day of July,
1995.
