BY-LAW NUMBER 95-102
being a By-Law to repeal By-Law 94-168 which amended By-Law 84-63, the Comprehensive
By-Law of the former Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Ontario Municipal Board requested the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington to repeal By-Law 94-168 as the applicant no longer wishes to
proceed with the application.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it
advisable to amend By-Law 84-63, as amended, of the Corporation of the former Town of
Newcastle in accordance with the request by the Ontario Municipal Board.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. By-Law 94-168 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first time this 17th day of JULY 1995.
BY-LAW read a second time this 17th day of JULY 1995.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 17th day of .lut.Y 1995.
